Shipping Information

We operate from Hungary, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse using our trusted logistics partners Foxpost, Packeta, and GLS. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Within Hungary

• Foxpost Parcel Lockers: 2–4 business days

• Packeta Pickup Points & Home Delivery: 1–3 business days

• GLS Home Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping Within the European Union

• Packeta: 2–5 business days

• GLS: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.

Lost, Delayed & Missing Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

All shipments are fully trackable through Foxpost, Packeta, or GLS. While we will always do our best to assist with delivery-related issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures (where applicable), weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
