1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights directives, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached).

• Since we sell curated vintage pieces, items must not show any additional signs of wear beyond what was originally described in the product listing.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to info@vntgsociety.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Our support team will confirm your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with detailed instructions and the return shipping label/address.

3. Securely pack the item and send it back following the instructions provided in our response.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• Return Fee: The direct cost of return shipping (or the cost of the provided return label) will be deducted from your final refund.

• Self-Organized Returns: If you choose to organize shipping on your own, we strongly recommend using a trackable service. VNTG Society cannot be held responsible for lost or unrecorded return shipments.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days.

• Payment Credit: The funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal) within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

• Original Shipping Fees: Initial shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@vntgsociety.com with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it for you at no extra cost.
