Are there any extra costs such as customs fees or sales taxes?
Europe
No additional costs apply. VAT is included and no customs duties are charged within the EU.
How do I return my order?
If you find yourself needing to make a return or exchange, we kindly ask you to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind – you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order. Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Yes – as long as we haven’t shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email info@vntgsociety.com with your order number and new address.
If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address – please inform the shipping company directly. The parcel may be returned to us and we can arrange a new delivery if so.
